
Any purchase made within Australia will be delivered by Australia Post Registered Mail within 1-5 days from the date of purchase. Customers within Australia will be charged at flat rate of $5.00 for 1 or more pairs of earrings, and a $10.00 flat rate for all other items or combination of items.
Audreyandrose.com.au also delivers worldwide through Australia Post International, please email info@audreyandrose.com.au for a quote on postage outside Australia.
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard or direct transfer. Payment will be cleared from your account upon receipt of your order. The credit card you are using must be yours. All credit/debit holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment method refuses to authorise the payment, audreyandrose.com.au will not be held responsible for any non-delivery.
Refunds and exchanges will not be permitted after 7 days from the date of purchase. Please contact info@audreyandrose.com.au and you will be sent an email with instructions on returning the item. When the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn or damaged and has tags in place they will be exchanged or refunded. When products are exchanged customers will not be charged additional delivery fees for the exchange. In the case of refunds the purchase amount excluding delivery charges will be credited to the purchasers credit card or account within 14 days of the cancellation notice. |
