Audrey & Rose was formed by Lee Sisson and Sarah Rayner and launched in June 2004. It has since become a well recognized design label under which a beautiful collection of handbags, jewels and interior soft furnishings are produced.

Lee's background includes traditional lead lighting, jewelry design and Anthropology. Whilst Sarah has lectured in Textiles at the University of Southern Queensland, had many successful textile exhibitions and public artwork commissions. Combining their individual skills as Audrey & Rose, Sarah and Lee form an exciting and diverse design collaborative.

Both practitioners have a love of 1940's - 1960's classic fashion, interior design and architecture. These design elements and principals are reworked to create beautiful contemporary pieces.

The Audrey & Rose collection is handcrafted with a high degree of innovation, craftsmanship and finish. Their philosophy is based on a real passion for the hand made and includes keeping all their products locally designed and manufactured. All materials used are selected for their quality and longevity and where possible for their environmentally sustainable attributes. Many pieces are created from recycled vintage fabrics, trims and beads and much of the work created by Audrey & Rose is produced using solar power. Sarah and Lee both reside in Maleny part of the beautiful Sunshine Coast hinterland in Queensland, Australia.
